Michael Aulson, 49, of Bridgewater, was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit a breath sample, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, possessing an open container of alcohol in a vehicle and careless driving after he was pulled over on Capricorn Drive at 1:19 p.m. May 16.
